The first of the three scheduled FERC Scoping meetings took place this evening in Afton High School. The meeting was in the main auditorium of the school and was nearly filled. Over forty speakers added their comments to the public record. And while there were several there in support of the pipeline, the vast majority was openly against the proposed pipeline. Stop The UN-constitutional Pipeline was in full force with passionate speeches, signs and voices on a wide range of topics.
And while it was made very clear that FERC has made a serious error in not having more meetings, there are still two more. Please attend Tuesday's meeting at the Schoharie High School, and Wednesday in the Blue Ridge High School, 5058 School Road, Milford, Pennsylvania.
