Pledge to Attend the Rally in Albany on April 5th

The Rally in Albany is our last chance to Stop the Constitution Pipeline. The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has to make a decision by April 26, 2016. If DEC denies the 401 water quality certificate, we win, but if DEC grants the 401 water quality certificate, we lose. Whatever DEC decides, it will set the precedent for the future of infrastructure projects in New York State – and beyond. If you want to save our trees, streams, and wetlands, and if you want to keep pipelines, compressor stations, and power plants out of your community, then make a commitment to come to Albany on April 5th.

WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED

Since 2012, Stop the Pipeline has helped to foster public awareness, explain federal, state and local rules and regulations and provided strategic advice about when and how to engage with the regulators and elected officials.
