NYS has nothing to gain from this pipeline. It's pure environmental destruction, with the gas passing through to other places. NYC has all the gas it can distribute.
Today the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation announced it is seeking public comments on the Draft State Permit Applications for proposed construction of the Interstate Constitution Pipeline. Public comments will be accepted through Feb 27th, 2015.
